— Akihito Uchiumi to Senzai in Chapter III
| ||
Akihito Uchiumi (内海明人, Uchiumi Akihito) is an antagonist that Isamu Uchiumi reflects on during Senzai Uchiumi's memories in Chapter III of Jealousy's Book. He is the father of Isamu and Senzai as well as the husband of the now deceased Tamae Uchiumi.
Physical Appearances

- Akihito Uchiumi is a tall, lanky man with dark brown hair. He wears a dirty buttoned-up white shirt with soft black pants and shoes, and his eyes are completely white, behind dark glasses. Akihito's arms are slender and bony with long and sharp nails that are pitch black. He has a large, gaping mouth. On his face are black veins, which only stretch out to the side, below, and over his mouth. His jumpscare shows black tendrils (or tentacles) wriggling from the inside of his gaping mouth, similar to Shosai.

- His previous model is almost the same as his current one, but there are some important differences. His eyes are dark and empty and his arms don't have black ink on them. He also doesn't have dark spots around his eyes like his current version. His face also looks less realistic, almost monkey-like.
Personality
Akihito Uchiumi is shown to be an aggressive and strict single parent, based on what is seen in the Chapter III release trailer and the cutscene shown after completing all three nights. He has shown that he has a low tolerance and will grow frustrated and disappointed if results don't meet his expectations.
He is also an alcoholic, as he was seen drinking in a flashback; this may be why he is abusive towards his sons. The reason for being an alcoholic may be due to the death of his wife and being unable to cope with his grief. He is also quite intimidating, as both his sons are easily scared of him. He forced both of them to work in the law field as their full-time careers. In the past, he used to have Senzai as his favorite child because of his much better academic skills and him being the first born, meaning Isamu was the least favourite child. However, that changed after Senzai gave him his acceptance letter to an art university. Now, Akihito does seem to have a softer side for his youngest, Isamu. It is clear that he now favors his second son, as he is seen patting his head and later asking Senzai why he can’t be more like his brother.
Gameplay Appearance
Chapter III
Each night, Akihito will arrive home at 6PM. If Senzai is not asleep, he will hunt him down and kill him for not resting at the appropriate time. Senzai must also be responsible for taking care of household chores before his father comes home, such as cleaning the floor, checking the cabinets for pests, washing the dishes, and making sure that the TV remains off. There is also a statue of Enzukai in the back garden, which Senzai can pray to in order to keep himself sane.
Upon the player(s) surviving all three nights, a cutscene plays, showing Akihito scolding Senzai and comparing him to Isamu. Senzai is then dragged away by Akihito as a monstrous version of Isamu watches from the stairs, laughing.
Temperance
Fairly Aggressive: Akihito is fairly aggressive, as he can swiftly catch up to the player(s) for not resting at the appropriate time. If the player(s) are in a room that has a doorway shorter than Akihito, he will fit his way into the room to catch them.
Once all living player(s) are lying down in bed, Akihito will slowly come to them. When he goes into their room, he will quietly look at them, checking if they are asleep. The players(s) have to pretend to be asleep while feeling Akihito's terrifying stare and his nasty wheezing as if he were suffocating.
